FireSak only accepts new orders from, and provides shipping within the United States. Shipping for all orders is free and covered in the cost of your order. We ship all orders with UPS or USPS. At our discretion we will use UPS / USPS Ground, or 3 day express, unless specifically requested by the customer BEFORE placing the order. You can simply use our Contact form to discuss your preferred shipping method.
All orders are fulfilled within 48 hours and usually arrive at the delivery address within 2-8 days of ordering. Delivery time is largely dependent on the delivery location. FireSak ships from Washington state. This amounts to roughly 2-3 day delivery time on the West coast and 6-8 for most East coast orders. If tracking information shows your package was delivered, but you have not received your item you can then reach out to UPS, or Contact Us and we will provide you with as much information on the delivery as possible.
For returns due to manufacturer defect, FireSak will provide a shipping label. For other returns (cosmetic / change of mind) the customer will pay for shipping back to our returns center. Returned items must first receive authorization from us via Contact Us page, must be in like-new condition, and include all packaging materials.
If you have an urgent deadline to receive your order then simply email us beforehand and let us know – express / next / same day shipping is available at the customers expense.
