Refunds and Returns Policy / Terms

Our Terms and Conditions Include all of the following text, plus messages that can be found our Privacy Policy & Liability Disclaimer page.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

FireSak offers returns with postage paid only in the event of untold manufacturer damage discovered by the customer after having received the product. Full refunds for the reason of ‘wrong size’ , no longer needed, or change of mind are allowed assuming that the product is in like new condition in it’s original bag. In these cases the customer will pay return shipping.

In order to receive a postage paid return the customer must first reach out to us using the Contact form on our site available at https://firesak.com/contact. Or my emailing support @firesak.com. There must be visible and obvious manufacturer or shipping related damages. However, If an item is in like-new condition, unused, and customer agrees to pay return shipping. These requests may also be permitted, on a case by case basis.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (received via email after every order) and proof of identity / ownership of the email account used when the item was purchased.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or back to any address related to FireSak or it’s affiliates without making contact with us first by using our on-site contact form, or by sending an email. Returns that are received without prior notice will be discarded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds can be granted, on a case-by-case basis.

  • Product or merchandise sold in our shop, advertised as used or with minor signs of use
  • Product that has been opened or used and was received less than 30 days prior to contact, via our online form
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or the error of our shipping partners and manufacturer.
  • In rare cases, we may grant refunds for products that are more than 30 days old, in unused condition, and under the agreement that the customer pay return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund, usually within 1-2 days after we receive the item. If an item was returned as ‘unused’ but has wear consistent with it’s intended use, FireSak does reserve the right to issue only a partial refund, or in extreme cases, no refund at all.

When intake of your returned item is approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7 days. You will receive email confirmation from us the day your refund is issued, but processing times vary depending on your financial institution and / or your method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again for pending transactions.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and visible to you.

Next contact your bank. In rare instances there can be substantial waiting times before your return is processed and issued back your account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support @firesak.com and we will do our best to follow up on the status of your refund.

Sale items

Sale items are not refunded unless there is visible or obvious damage to the product that was not previously discussed prior to purchase. We may occasionally sell used items items in the shop. All sales are final on any used merchandise purchased from FireSak.

Exchanges

If items are defective or damaged when you receive them and you wish to exchange your item, you are eligible for a courtesy replacement, free of charge for an identical item. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email using the form on our Contact Page, we will work quickly to accommodate. If you wish to exchange an unopened, unused item for another product from our shop, these requests our usually granted, but there will be a 15% restocking fee. This offer for exchanges can only be honored if we have more quantity of the item in stock.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver via the original payment method.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all returns requested for any reason other than manufacturer or shipping damage. Shipping costs incurred during the purchase or return of any item from FireSak are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, and the shipping method you chose, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. We will reach out to you via email with any updates as soon as they are available.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and no refund can be finalized without the successful delivery of any returned item.
