Comments

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. Any browsing data will be aggregated an non-identifiable. Any order information will be shared only with parties required to process or ship your order for the purposes of order fulfillment. Outside these parameters your information will not be shared or sold.
How long we retain your data
f you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Information pertaining to completed orders and/or taxes paid on orders from the our merchandise shop will be kept for up to 6 years.
What rights you have over your data

It may be read by any one of the third parties we use to run services on Firesak.com such as hosting or SASS/ web service providers. Information submitted to our online shop will be sent securely to payment processors and shipping/logistics agents as necessary to ensure order fulfillment.
